The module covers the full cycle: vehicle, driver, mission, fuel, maintenance, claim, deadline, cost. Everything is linked to the other GestiumERP modules.

Vehicles, fleets & manufacturers

One vehicle record: identification, owner or rental, fleet, mileage, fuels, summary and histories. Attached documents and notes, blocking of a vehicle removed from the fleet and history protected against deletion.

Drivers & staff

Driver record with photo and licence (categories, issue and expiry dates), fleet staff (mechanics, escorts), assignment to vehicles with history and licence expiry alert.

Missions

Multi-stop routes with customers or places, map display and distance estimate. Departure and return validation, mileage updated automatically, printable mission order and route instructions.

Fuel

Fuel cards with balance and assignment, numbered voucher books, gauge at departure and return. A single consumption log by vehicle, fuel, driver and period, with an issue note on internal tanks.

Maintenance & breakdowns

Maintenance per vehicle with external repairer or in-house workshop, parts taken from stock and issue note generated. Successive breakdowns and repairs, immobilised vehicles counted on the dashboard, oil change alert.

Claims

Complete file: date, place, driver liability, third parties involved, insurance file number, damage by type and repairs with parts issued from stock. Printable claim sheet.

Insurance, inspections & road tax

Insurance with company, policy and period, technical inspections with next due date, annual road tax and fines with driver, impound and late-payment penalty. Deadlines are carried over to the vehicle record.

Alerts & dashboard

Eight alerts with configurable lead time, opening the right record directly. Active, on-mission and immobilised vehicles, 30-day deadlines, twelve-month costs and vehicle rankings.

Costs, reports & statistics

Full cost per vehicle: maintenance, breakdowns, claims, fuel, insurance, inspections, road tax and fines. Consumption log, maintenance history, deadlines and some forty printable reports.

Migration from GParc 1.0

Import tool in replayable steps with a log: vehicles merged by registration number, repairers and insurers imported as suppliers, fuels and parts as items, mileage and balances recalculated.
